Your protection – Lifelink Services Ltd are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, this means that we must abide by and meet their strict guidance criteria and key to this commitment is that Lifelink will always treat you fairly, Lifelink would like to have you as a Customer for life not just once.
If something goes wrong – In the highly unlikely event that you are not happy with our service or advice please tell us straight away, we will do our best to fix it, Lifelink do not want any complaints however again you are protected.
If you find the need to complain and you are not happy with our response you are free to go to the Financial Ombudsman scheme who will independently look at your complaint and we are bound by their decision.
Again in the unlikely event that we cannot pay a claim (we do carry full indemnity insurance) you have the backstop of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
