Lifelink provide this service free of charge however it reserves the right to cease the service by giving 28 days notice to all participants.
The system may identify potential savings but this does not imply that you will be able to obtain those savings. Any mortgage product identified is dependent on that Lenders criteria and underwriting at the time of application.
Any data entered onto the system will only be used for product monitoring purposes and will not be processed by any 3^rd party for marketing purposes.
If Lifelink identify a rate or product that may be of interest they will contact you through the client portal or email.
Lifelink cannot be held responsible for any products that the system misses or fails to identify.
You can unsubscribe from the service at anytime either through the portal or the unsubscribe email link.
It is your responsibility to check and maintain the accuracy of your current mortgage details on the system. The system is dependent on this to identify any potential savings.
Lifelink cannot guarantee that it can track all mortgage products also we are unable to track some products such as equity release, secured loans and some shared ownership mortgages, if unsure please contact us to check your product.
